Order processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed, most ship within 1 day. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Shipping policy

Our standard shipping service is Canada Post for domestic and international packages.

Flat rate, discounted fees are determined by the shipping address on the checkout page.

Transit times vary from 2-14 days depending on the distance from our location in Wetaskiwin, Alberta.

All parcel rates include tracking. A notification from Canada Post will be emailed to the address within the web order containing tracking details and estimated delivery date at the time that the shipping label is created.

Lettermail is offered for small, flat orders as described upon checkout.  If this option is selected and your order doesn’t fit within the parameters, we will contact you and bill for the parcel rate.

Refund Policy

If your order isn’t what you expected due to missing or damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will refund or exchange depending upon the circumstance and your preference.

In the case of non delivery, please wait 48 hours after a package shows as delivered before assuming it is lost, then contact us to begin an investigation with Canada Post.  Usually a few extra days will help to locate the package for delivery.  We will follow Canada Post ‘s instructions for the time necessary for their investigation.  Once completed and if the parcel is still lost, then we will offer a replacement order.
